Support Groups

Having the support of your community is essential for recovery. Isolation can oftentimes cause issues with mental health, addiction and chronic illness challenges to become worse.  Becoming part of a community of people who have shared those struggles gives hope and meaning to everyone. Peer Seattle offers over 100 support, education, and socialization groups. Groups are available seven days per week, from early morning into the evening hours. There is no fee for participating in a group. Check our schedule to find a group (or two!) that are right for you.

Have an idea for a new group?

We have many groups but are always looking for more to better serve our community.

Peer Seattle offers support through the process and free Peer Facilitator training!
